After our conversation, we’ll search our own listings as well as the listings of other realtors to size up the market. We’ll keep you posted regularly via e-mail on homes that we believe you’d like. We’ll stay abreast of changes in the market making alterations to our strategy where needed and keeping you informed of newly listed homes or homes that have lowered in price.

Once you’ve found your future home, we’ll get to work negotiating the best price for you. In addition to negotiating for the lowest price, we’ll inform and guide you through the home buying process. Speaking of the process, many people are needed to make the process run smoothly. At Fitzpatrick and Prince we know good, honest, and hard working people whom you can trust to help you out. From loan officers to escrow agencies, we’ve developed a network of partners to ensure that you’re never alone and never in the dark.
